It’s very close to the train station, and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed my stay and felt the price was fair for what I got.

For 260 THB, my double room had a fan, a private bathroom, and hot water. In my experience, that’s the cheapest I’ve paid for a room with hot water. But the cleanliness was poor: there were geckos and cobwebs, and the bathroom floor was constantly wet with puddles. The place is old and shabby, but it could still be clean. That wasn't my experience. The cleaner seemed lazy and careless. If you end up near reception, the owner or someone else watches TV all day, which is noisy and annoying on top of the street sounds. There was no comfort at all. The owner and employees don’t speak English, which made things frustrating. My room faced a noisy street, so I used translation to ask for a quieter one, but the owner wasn’t helpful.

The owner and staff were lovely. The price worked for us for a short stay, and the train station was only a short walk away.

The air-conditioned room costs 420, and the AC keeps it cool and comfortable. I personally had no problems.
