The quiet location makes this a relaxing place for families or people coming from farther away, with no traffic noise to disturb you. The air conditioning works well and the hot water in the bathrooms is good. The rooms could use a more thorough clean, though; that would make it feel more restful. An à la carte menu would be a nice addition too.

I stayed one night and would call it average. I picked the 500 THB room, with a refundable 100 THB key deposit. The room had a TV, a very old but cold air conditioner, a water heater, refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tissues, towels, dining table, bar soap, shampoo sachets, wardrobe, and dressing table. The kettle wasn't clean. There were ants, mosquitoes, and other insects, and the room wasn't very clean or soundproof, though it didn't smell musty. The area outside the bathroom felt a bit creepy. It startled me at first, and I attached a picture. At night it felt different, but you can call the owner if anything comes up. My boyfriend and I both felt uneasy, and I didn't sleep very well.

I called to ask about a room, but the person on the phone was so loud that they hung up before I could finish speaking. After that, I didn't even want to think about staying there.
