The day staff are friendly, very good and always helpful. Night service is the opposite. The staff there are very unprofessional and make you feel like you’re bothering them. They talk and watch TV behind the counter instead of helping; if you’re dining, you have to get up and ask, or just get things yourself. The service is much worse than it was over the last two years. Very disappointed!

The employees are very accommodating, and it’s a nice place close to the Lotus mall. They could improve their English, though.
