The staff were polite and the hospitality was appreciated. The security officer even kindly lent me his motorcycle to go to the nearby 7/11, which was a nice surprise. I enjoyed my stay, though English communication could be better. I tried ordering room service by phone twice, but the person answering didn’t speak English. I asked him to wait while I used Google Translate, but he hung up, so I had to go to reception and order in person. Basic English training for staff could improve the guest experience. Overall, it was a positive stay.

The breakfast buffet was fresh, tasty, and had lots of choices. The room was spacious and clean too. I’d stay here again.

The staff were fantastic, and the bed and bedding were comfortable. Rooms were clean, quiet, and a nice size. The hot shower was the best we’ve had in ages, with amazing water pressure.

It’s about a 10-minute ride to Songkhla center, and breakfast is included with a good range of choices. The hotel seems very new, the room was spacious and super clean, and the price was good.

The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel felt quite new in 2022. If I remember right, it was built in 2020. It’s away from the busy city, between Koh Yo and Songkhla city.
