We loved the warm service, from the front desk and bellboy to the restaurant staff. They greeted us whenever they saw us and remembered our child's name, which made the stay feel special. It was my daughter's birthday, and they gave her a cake that was clearly made with care and thought. The room was spotless, the breakfast had everything we needed without being too much or too little, and the complimentary snacks were good. They even provided lip balm, knowing the hot weather can leave your lips chapped. It was amazing value, honestly worth more than we paid. I couldn't find fault with the hotel. It's very close to thong lo bts station, and we'd love to return when we're back in bangkok. Thank you, Ascott Thong lor. Sorry I can't mention names, because all of you were amazing.

For the price, this place is seriously worth it, and I'd 1000% recommend staying here. The room was elegant and cozy, with an incredible view from the high floor. The basics were all right: a comfy bed and strong water pressure. Breakfast downstairs was delicious, with good quality and a nice selection covering the essentials. Staff were great, and check-in went smoothly.

We spent three nights here with our kids and didn't add breakfast. Everything was superb, from the staff's attention to the long swimming pool. The spacious rooms were beautifully designed with comfortable lighting, and our view was gorgeous. The train station is only a two-minute walk away, with loads of restaurants in both directions. Can't wait to come back to Bangkok! ❤️

The building itself is modern and well designed, and I came in with high expectations after seeing the positive reviews about the property, location, and facilities. But the service overshadowed those positives. In the restaurant, several staff members and chefs seemed cold and unfriendly throughout my stay. There were no smiles or eye contact, and I never felt much hospitality from them. Their stone-faced expressions left me uncomfortable, like I wasn't welcome. More than poor professionalism, I came away feeling guests were treated differently based on nationality. The discriminatory attitude was subtle, but very noticeable. One unpleasant customer shouldn't lead to stereotyping or mistreating people from a whole country. After traveling across many countries and staying in countless hotels, this was one of the few times I genuinely felt unwelcome. I don't expect exaggerated warmth or luxury treatment, just basic courtesy, professionalism, and respectful hospitality. In Bangkok, a city known globally for warmth and hospitality, the experience felt especially shocking and out of place. A beautiful lobby and modern rooms can't replace genuine human warmth. I hope management takes a serious look at the service culture and staff attitude. Guests may forget the room design, but they'll remember how they were made to feel.
