The rooms are too small. They should provide complimentary bottles of water and coffee, along with an electric kettle.

The service and management here were shockingly poor. At check-in I asked for a second keycard and was told they couldn’t provide one. Later I requested extra pillows by phone and management refused. When I went downstairs to follow up in person, they said I could have the pillows only if I paid extra. After I said I wouldn’t pay more for a pillow, they suddenly said I could have a keycard, though earlier that day they’d said they couldn’t make one. The card they gave me didn’t open our door, and staff knew it wouldn’t work. The motel also has old dusty curtains, extremely thin walls, and road noise that reaches the top floor. I’ve never experienced customer service or management this small minded. Avoid this motel.

There’s no kettle in the room, and no water dispenser on each floor for convenience. You have to go down to the lobby to get hot water.

There’s no kettle in the hotel. Road noise woke me at 4:30am.

The receptionist seems to treat male and female customers differently.
