The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was good. The rent was fair for a reasonably good stay. Bring your own toiletries, as they only provide soap.

The bed in room 205 had sagging springs, which made sleeping uncomfortable and gave me back pain. The bedroom itself was spacious and clean, and there was a balcony to dry clothes. It rained constantly during my stay, so the air felt refreshing. Nearby, there’s a university, a 7-11 at the soi entrance, and a cafeteria a little farther away. The university front yard has affordable food, and there’s a cheap wash and dry service. Peak fitness center is close by, and there’s a full service coffee shop out front. It was okay overall.

Paying through the app makes this a great value. The room was amazing, with parking, A/C, a water heater, refrigerator, kettle, and a TV with a TrueMove H set-top box. It also had a closet and hangers, plus free Wi-Fi. They require a 500฿ deposit for the key and other items, but it’s refunded at check-out.

The room facilities were acceptable, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and there were some long hairs left behind. It was my first stay here, and I found it easy to miss the small intersection when turning off the main road toward the hotel. They ask for a 500 baht deposit before check-in and refund it when you check out. It was alright.
