I booked the earth house through Expedia. The walls were very dirty, and the TV had no signal, so I couldn’t use it. The air conditioner didn’t work, and there was no remote in the room, so I had to ask for one from the common area. Staff didn’t deal with the actual problem. The entrance was terrible, and would have been even harder to use in the rain.
