A nice hotel.

I was unsure about booking because the place had been open for several years and I worried the rooms might look dated. I came by to look first, and after seeing them I checked in straight away. The property is very well maintained, and I was really pleased with my stay in a VIP room. The staff were all cheerful and smiling, and a dog came to greet me and waited as I made my way to the room.

The place had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room, number 3, was nicely decorated and had an outdoor jacuzzi. We were given guavas from the garden when we checked in, then two ripe, sweet mangoes at checkout, a lovely touch. I was impressed overall. There were some things that could use attention. The electric go-karts used to be available but weren't working now. Of the few bicycles parked there, several had broken chains or pedals. My girlfriend and I both wanted to ride, but the working bikes might have been taken by other guests later, so in the end we couldn't go for a ride. I'd suggest getting used Japanese bikes, since their frames are stronger and last longer.
