Piccolo House

We didn’t feel it was worth the price. The hotel is a long way from the town center and restaurants, and they don’t take credit cards. The rooms are quiet and clean, though very basic, and the small bottle of bath gel wasn’t enough for two people. Breakfast was very average: the jam, juice, and bread seemed very cheap, and although there’s a huge coffee machine, they wouldn’t use it, so there was no fresh coffee.

The garden is a lovely extra, with three impressive Pomelo (SOM O in Thai) trees, a fish pond, and cute bronze statues beside a little seating area at the main entrance. The grounds are neatly kept. The hotel is easy to find on a main road and handy if you’re staying nearby. Breakfast is free and made to order, and the staff and property left us with a positive impression. For Thailand, this is a very nice hotel. I’d highly recommend it.

We loved this little hotel. It’s a good, inexpensive choice for a couple, with welcoming, very clean rooms. The staff were courteous and really helpful. Highly recommended.

A nice place to stay if you want to be outside the center, though it’s far from restaurants too. The rooms are basic and an average size, neither big nor small. Breakfast was cheap.
