The bungalows face a small garden patio, and each one has a porch where you can sit in the evening or have breakfast. They make a lovely breakfast to order, and the owners are kind and helpful with local recommendations. There are friendly cats around the property too. It was a short drive to Sukhothai Historic Park, and we had a very comfortable stay. Such a sweet little place!

The host family are incredibly friendly, and the bungalows are lovely with more than fair prices. I've traveled to 60 countries, and this guesthouse was among the very best places I've stayed. I can recommend it.

The people working there were nice, and we paid good prices for our two nights in a bungalow. It was calm, but the heat was hard to bear. The air conditioner was old and couldn’t cool the poorly insulated wooden house, even set to 16o. It felt like having only a fan, and I think heat came in through all the openings. This was during the May 2023 heat wave.

The breakfast they serve in the house was very good and reasonably priced. Jim, the owner, is a lovely lady who speaks good english and got up in the middle of the night when we arrived from bangkok. The bungalows are cozy and close to the river and main street. We had a great stay in sukhothai.
