I’ve come back every year, but things have gone from bad to worse. The room feels old and run-down, like parts could fall apart by themselves. The water heater has never worked properly. Staff told us to run the basin tap for ten minutes before turning on the shower. We tried it, and got warm water for about a minute, then it was freezing again. I was shivering through the shower. Owners, please do something, at least fix the heater. How are guests meant to shower in freezing water? I think it’s time for me to find another hotel.

The shower room was disgusting, with algae and mould growing on the walls for what looked like a long time. Water pressure was so low you’d be better off scooping water from the basin tap, and the Wi-Fi didn’t exist. We booked five rooms, but one was supposed to have a double bed and had twin beds instead. The front desk wasn’t helpful about changing the room. I definitely won’t return.

Don’t be fooled by the cute lights, they’re lipstick on a pig. This is a very low-budget hotel with an awful spring mattress and a TV that didn’t work. Getting hot water was very difficult, and I skipped breakfast because they didn’t even have fresh coffee.

There’s free Wi-Fi and lots of parking, which were the good parts. The room itself felt quite old, the beds were uncomfortable, and the body wash was just mediocre. No toothbrush was provided.
