S1 Service Apartment

Parking is a mess, worse than in low-cost housing projects. Anyone can park there, so long-term residents end up without a space. They need to organize the parking area better.

The owner really needs to keep an eye on the staff. I reported damage in my room and was told it would take forever to deal with, but nothing has been done. The staff were no help at all. The hallway was filthy too, with a gecko that had been dead there for weeks, dried up like fertilizer. Then they charged extra for cleaning when I moved out, even though that should have come out of my deposit. Truly terrible. Anyone thinking of moving in should consider carefully.

On my first day moving in, I hadn’t even been unloading my things for 10 minutes when another car was about to come into the accommodation and the staff started yelling at me. They’re very rude to customers, cursing at people while they’re parked and showing no manners. I’d ask the owner to teach the staff some manners and how to speak to people.

The owner of the building should supervise the staff. Their language is unbelievably rude when they speak to customers. People can talk nicely to each other, but the words they used were, wow. I thought the owner was there. It was such a small matter, but they made a big deal out of it and cursed like some kind of market vendor. No manners at all!
