B2 Surat Thani Premier Hotel

We were just passing through the city and wanted somewhere clean and affordable, and this was a solid choice. The rooms are neat, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained, with no frills. The price is good for what you get. The front desk staff are friendly, though at times we needed a translator to communicate.

I visit the area because of family connections, so I'll definitely stay here again. The staff are excellent, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent too. The bathroom was good, although the shower wasn't very warm for me. I'm a wimp about that, though, and my partner thought it was fine, so maybe I'm being a bit harsh. Breakfast is a nice extra. It's just a wrap and coffee, but the wraps are tasty and the coffee is good.

I accidentally booked for the current day instead of the next one. I tried right away to call, email, and submit a request through the system to change the date or cancel so I could make the correct booking. I got no response from the site, only a notice on trip.com saying my request had been rejected. I understand that a booking made in advance may not be cancellable if plans change. This was a mistake in the reservation, though, and I acted immediately to fix it.

The stay was very good. I just wish the hotel had a laundry service, and there was somewhere in the room to hang clothes.
