The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are good, though a few smell like sewage. The location shown on Booking seemed fake.

The rooms are roomy, modern, and comfortable, with very good value for the price. It has the feel of a five-star place. Housekeeping needs work, as cleaning was rushed and the sheets weren't changed, and the elevator wasn't working. With those things sorted out, it could be perfect.

There's a 7-Eleven right next door, and Surat Thani Central Mall is about 10-12 minutes away. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there's a huge connected screen in the room. The hotel is really nice overall, but we were disappointed by the cleaning. Staff kept forgetting, even after we pressed the "clean room" button and asked at reception. The people working there are very friendly, but reception staff also seem to be responsible for cleaning the rooms, which feels like a shame for a newly built hotel of this level. The elevator was out of service too, a hassle after hours of travel. I'd still recommend it, since these areas could improve.

I've stayed here twice. On my first visit I had a deluxe room by the pool, with a view where I could swim right away, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. The second time I was in room 103, where the water pressure was excellent and there was hot water. The rooms smell nice, and the staff are lovely and kind. Covered parking is available, with an older security guard directing traffic. It's near the Vibhavadi area, so finding food nearby may be a little difficult, but there's a 7-Eleven right next door. The rooms are spacious too.
