The staff were wonderful, and I had a great experience.

The room was stuffy, noisy, and had ants, so I couldn’t sleep. I’d never had an experience like this before, and it was really terrible. We checked in around 8 or 9 PM because we couldn’t find a room. The male staff member seemed drunk, and I paid 500 baht. They said checkout was at 8:00 AM.

We paid the full amount, but the TV didn’t work, and it made for a terrible night. Staff said they’d called a technician to come look at it. After waiting about three hours, we asked again and were told the technician had arrived and they’d call us. By checkout day, though, the technician still hadn’t shown up. Apparently he was just a legend.

I won’t return. They put us in one of the four rooms at the back without hot water, despite knowing its water heater was broken. The rooms were good and had amenities, and check-in at 11:00 AM was earlier than at other places. Still, we paid the same as guests in rooms with working heaters, which wasn’t okay.
