I had a lovely, cozy vacation at Serenotel. Mornings with coffee and a sea view were a treat, and the room felt bright and airy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome. Everything suited my trip well. It’s convenient, clean, and has a great view.

The room was clean and had what I needed, but it was probably the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. Fine for sleeping for a couple of nights, though I wouldn’t want more space-wise. Staff were great, and the quiet bar overlooking the beach had good service, a nice place to begin the evening before heading out. Location is a big plus, almost on beach road and only a few yards from Central mall. There’s plenty of parking underground and across the road.

This hotel feels unsafe and insecure. Anyone can access your room without permission and do whatever they want. After I complained about the incident caused by the security failure, management took no action. I can’t advise anyone to stay there.

We paid nearly 1500 B for one night in a Standard sea view room. We expected enough space to move around, but it was awful, so small we could barely walk. It felt like a total scam, and we couldn’t even enjoy the trip 👎🏻👎🏻

On soi 10 beach road, the hotel is within walking distance of the beach and Walking Street. Staff are courteous, and cleanliness is fair. The rooms are tiny, really only suitable for solo travelers or backpackers, not tourists with big bags. Breakfast is a set menu with no choices. Noise from the corridors carries into the rooms.
