The people and the value made this a fantastic stay for me, and I’d absolutely return. Rooms are huge, clean, comfortable, and some of the best value I’ve found in Pattaya. The kitchen does good English food and fantastic coffee. A lovely Thai family on-site cleans the rooms and cooks amazing Thai dishes. They’re friendly, helpful, and genuinely good people. The girls are easygoing and fun, without drama as long as you’re honest. The long-term residents are a good bunch for a morning chat over coffee and advice about Pattaya life. If you see Barry, tell him I said hi, and that I love his Scottish accent. He’ll get the joke. Manager Roberto deserves a mention too. He’s a great guy and lots of fun once you get used to his style. Roberto, no more Jägerbombs, please! This probably isn’t the place for a first visit to Pattaya or Thailand. You need to know how things work here or you might end up in situations you don’t fully understand, though people around will help if you listen and ask. Check-in was a bit messy for me because nobody spoke great English at the time, so I had to figure things out myself. An info folder in each room would help new guests, with details like the cleaning schedule and the kitchen closure on Tuesdays and pool party days. I asked to have my room cleaned outside the schedule and they did it without complaints, even if they looked at me funny. The bathroom was excellent, with better water pressure than some high-end hotels, proper hot and cold water, and spotless facilities. Beds are comfy too. Reception sells most essentials you’d find at a 7/11, including drinks, snacks, and cigarettes. They even sell 12 small bottles of water for 40 baht, which is super cheap. The location was a bit farther out than I expected, but Bolt motorbikes and Grab made it easy to get around. Food delivery took about 30 minutes. The atmosphere is really welcoming. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, the resort organizes a bar crawl. They ask residents who want to join, then take everyone from the resort to several Gentlemen’s Clubs free of charge. You can return after or carry on partying in Pattaya or Jomtien. It’s a great way to meet people and see the local nightlife. The Gentleman’s Club area at the resort was okay, though I think it could use a few tweaks, like making it a bit darker during the day or adding a couple of curtained spots for privacy. That’s my opinion, though others mentioned similar thoughts. Overall, great people, great value, great fun. 10/10.

It was my first time, and I felt safe and looked after. The place gave me some protection from experienced guys who wouldn’t let me get stung. I went to lots of their clubs on pub crawls and at general meetups with like-minded travellers. Nigel and webby are probably the best hosts in pattaya. I can’t think of anything Nigel could’ve done better. I left my bag full of cash lying around in every club and never once felt the girls would rob me. When I was in an alcoholic state, girls in different bars even made sure I didn’t forget it. They all work together as one big team, and it works perfectly. Am I coming back? I’ve been applying for weekend work so I can get back sooner. Love to nigel and webby.....Deri!

I first visited Thailand in October 25 and stayed at this resort. The rooms were top class and great value, with rates that vary by length of stay. Check-in was easy, the staff friendly, and there’s a shop at reception. You can leave your personal laundry there to be done cheaply and easily. The on-site Cafe does a good breakfast and daytime menu, but stays closed on Saturday. The bar has a pool and indoor jacuzzi, with good bar staff and ladies to entertain from 1 til 12. There are good budget deals for food and/or drink. The resort is outside the main hubs, which suited me, and getting around by Bolt app was no problem. Saturday pool parties and bar crawls are available almost daily. There are a couple of ground-floor rooms for less mobile people, which you can check on booking. I highly recommend staying here. My only downside was leaving at the end of the holiday, but I’ve booked again for March 2026 to cheer myself up. Yahooo.

The girls were friendly and funny, and I don’t blame them. But I was disappointed after visiting the other clubs, Camel Too and Catflaps. The English manager and Thai cassiere were very arrogant. The two of us almost paid 20000 baht for an afternoon of fun, but there was no room and no girls taken outside, just some sofa company. There are other places to go, and one bad experience is only a good lesson.
