Just a short walk from the beach and Pattaya's lively nightlife, the location is excellent. Prices are affordable, and someone is always at reception to help. The residence has the basics for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle. A practical option if you want convenience without spending too much. It was a pleasant stay!

The good part is that they refunded half the room price. Otherwise, it was a horrible stay: the AC didn't work, and even the technician couldn't fix it. I couldn't change rooms because they were all booked. The bed quality was poor. I'd avoid this property unless there really is no other option.

The staff were really kind and helpful, and the internet was great. It's in the heart of Pattaya, with the beach down the road and right next to central festival. The rooms are a bit old but clean, the shower is okay, and the aircon worked perfectly. Good budget hotel, and I had a good experience as a solo traveler 👍

Not worth what I paid at all. My room was on the 5th floor with no elevator. The AC was old and loud, the fridge didn't work, and there was no sope in the bath. The furniture was old household stuff and the rooms weren't well maintained. Worst hotel I've stayed at so far in Thailand and beyond….

The location is very convenient, and for the price the room was quite okay. But it wasn't comfortable, and I wouldn't recommend staying here for 2 or 3 days if you want to be comfortable. The toilet didn't work well: the shower flow was so weak we couldn't take a proper shower, and the toilet got blocked.
