The place was cheap, and I got what I paid for. The WiFi was unusable, under 1mbs, there was a big rat every morning, and I couldn't get room service. Even getting towels turned into a problem, with delays, yelling, and attitude. When my girlfriend asked for one after we'd already been trying all day, it took 15 minutes; another towel came another 15 minutes later. People weren't nice to us, and I couldn't get the peace, quiet, and happiness I wanted. I eventually moved out, let them keep the money, and was glad to pay three times as much for peace and happiness. One day I left the key on the table so they could use it to clean while I ran errands. When I got back, they said it wasn't in the room. I searched everywhere, including every bag and under the bed, but couldn't find it. I told them they weren't honest and that I was leaving that day. Later, I found the key under a towel on top of the desk, though it definitely hadn't been there when I left it. I'm so sorry I had this experience.

We were really disappointed. We'd reserved through booking, but when we arrived the woman said there were no rooms available. Thankfully, we hadn't paid ahead. The girl at the front desk laughed at us as if it didn't matter. We were flexible and found another hotel nearby, which was very good, but I can imagine this ruining the holiday for a family taking their one trip of the year. I think this place should simply close. If I could give zero stars, I would. It felt like a complete scam, so please don't go.

It's in a central spot and the staff are great. The bed was clean and new. This is a budget hotel, so set your expectations for the room accordingly and you'll be fine. The hotel was great overall.

The Indian buffet was authentic and really fingerpicking good. Mr Suresh and Sundar deserve a special mention for their hospitality and for helping with my stay. The hotel is in a prime location, with clean, spacious rooms. It was a great stay. Thankyou !!
