NEVER AGAIN! We booked a double room by email in fall 2025 for 17 nights in January 2026. When we arrived, they gave us a twin room instead. It had a shower but no bathtub, and it was much noisier. They only told us when we paid that it cost 200 Baht more. No one offered another room, and the whole vacation was ruined for us. They settled it with a "sorry". After five nights, we found somewhere cheaper, nicer, and better. The staff were unfair, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The rooms are old, run-down, neglected, and noisy. We asked for pool towels and weren’t given any. They promise things by email, but the reality is different. This happened to us last year too. I don’t recommend the place if you don’t want to be annoyed!

The staff are very good, attentive, and ready to help customers without fear, and there’s 24-hour security. The hotel is very old and hasn’t been maintained well, though. It wasn’t too crowded, and there was enough parking inside the property. The pool was okay, but there’s no toilet nearby, only somewhere to wash. Customers are not powerfull custy. 2025 sep

The room wasn’t ready for a customer to move in. There was no spare power socket for a phone charger, so I had to unplug the TV. The shower basics were only cold waters, the toilet seat wasn’t fixed, and there were spiders wap in the mirror. The toilet mirror hadn’t been cleaned either. It felt like money came before everything else. amazing Thailand

The working people are very nice, and the newer AC and showers make the rooms pretty good. The price is okay for a month or more, around 550 baht a night. Still, many rooms need renovations, the bed is too hard, springs to, and the elevator was broken.

The price makes this a good choice for me, and I keep coming back. It's a basic place, but the reception staff are pleasant and the location puts you right in the middle of Tree Town. I wouldn't pick it for a romantic trip, though at this price I really can't complain.
