The place looks a little older in person than it does in the official photos, though it seems reasonably well cared for and has a pleasant feel. The two-bedroom suite has plenty of room, with a large living room, big bathrooms, and a wide private balcony. From there you can see greenery and nearby buildings, with Pattaya Park Tower in the distance. The balcony also feels private, with no neighbours looking straight in.

A great option if you want somewhere quiet, or need a place for a workcation or longer stay. The free shuttle makes it easy to get to the beach, temples, and other sights. We loved the rooftop pool and bar, especially in the evenings with the sea view. The first-floor bar had tasty pizza and cocktails, and breakfast had a satisfying selection. Our room was clean and spacious, and some rooms have kitchens. The hotel was comfortable and very quiet.

The staff gave very good service, and check-in went smoothly. Still, I wouldn’t stay here again, and I don’t think the price is justified. The room felt like standard-room furniture had been put into a suite, leaving a huge amount of empty, useless space. What am I supposed to do with it, play soccer? There’s an electric stove, but no pots or pans. The kitchen equipment was just two small plates, a fork, and a spoon. I had to call reception just to get a bowl for noodle soup. The suite needs an interior designer to bring it up to the level of the nightly rate. They charge as if it’s a four-star-plus place, but to me it’s below three stars. I also suspect some of the current five-star reviews are fake. Look at the attached pictures on some reviews and you’ll see why I think they came from marketers, not customers. Instead of spending energy trying to fool people, they should provide the services of a real four-star hotel and hire an interior designer architect. Is it worth the price? No. Would I come back? No.

The staff were so kind and professional, and my room was spacious, modern, and very clean. I had an amazing stay at the Sirin Exclusive Hotel. I’d happily return to the Sirin Exclusive next time I’m in Pattaya, and I highly recommend it.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, just stopped by the ground-floor bar. The interior is beautiful, and Shampoo, the bartender, was incredibly sweet and polite. Sorry if I’ve got the name spelling wrong. Her cocktails were easily the best in the city, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit!
