The rates felt fair, and the people working there were kind. It’s centrally placed, with easy songthaew access on both Buakhao and Second Road. There’s also a good laundry service next door. My room was basic, but everything worked. The Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and water pressure were all reliable. Rooms without balconies at the back are quieter; the front rooms can get noisy, so I used earplugs. Rates were 500b a night, or 8000 for a month for a rear room without a balcony. A front balcony room was 9000, and a slightly larger front balcony room was 10000. Electricity was 10b/1u, water was 300/month, and the deposit was fair.

For what it costs, the room is decent. Just expect noise after 6 pm if you get a balcony room, since there are lots of bars nearby 🤷
