We ended up changing our minds completely after two nights at Terra Nara Hotel. We’d hesitated because of some emotional, negative reviews, but it was reasonably priced and still available at the last minute, so we gave it a chance. It’s recently renovated, with a modern outside and inside. The design is simple and clean, and the spaces feel warm and open. There isn’t much furniture, which didn’t bother us, and the projector TV was a nice extra. The staff were all friendly and patient. There was an extra charging sheet on the table, which might be better kept in a drawer, but good guests don’t need to worry about it. The location worked well for us. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a lively bar street one block away that’s much calmer than Walking Street. It’s easy to get a songthaew to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which is lots of fun. I personally preferred Pattaya Central Mall, with more choices and relaxing spaces, and without large tour groups. The hotel allows pets, but arrangements for them are separate. We don’t have pets and didn’t see any during our stay.

I’ve stayed here several times and keep liking the place. On my latest visit, I was in Pattaya for the Pattaya Marathon, and I could walk from the hotel to the event, which left me plenty of time to get ready. It’s also easy to walk to the beach, Terminal 21 Pattaya, Central Marina Outlet, and nearby convenience stores. The room was spacious and comfortable. Shower gel and shampoo were provided, and although I usually don’t care for hotel toiletries, my girlfriend liked the shower gel because it didn’t dry out her skin. I liked it too, and the water pressure made showering really enjoyable. The staff were great to talk to and happy to help with requests. Breakfast was delicious, though I only got up early enough to have it one day. The other day, I ate the meal provided by the marathon. I’d definitely stay here again on future trips to Pattaya, especially for the Pattaya Marathon.

The hotel was a great surprise so late in our trip. It’s modern and nicely designed, and the rooms were clean, roomy, and practical for our family. After the heat and busy streets of Pattaya, the pool was a welcome way to cool off. It’s near the beach and restaurants, but far enough away that we could rest and sleep well. Breakfast had a good range of choices, the staff were kind, and everything worked as it should. For families staying in Pattaya with kids, it felt like a safe, comfortable, practical option.

I often choose the Superior Room at Terra Nara Hotel. It’s spacious and very clean, and the staff are polite, attentive, and professional. Breakfast runs until 11 a.m., which suits me because I like slow mornings. The bar and drinks area also has a wide choice of coffee beans. It’s one of my favorite places to visit or relax in Pattaya.

I loved the room’s design and atmosphere. It was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were so welcoming and always ready to help. The location is convenient too, just a short walk from Pattaya Beach and right by a 7-Eleven. I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would come back on my next visit to Pattaya.
