There were so many mosquitoes in our room. We caught at least ten in the first half hour, and plenty were still buzzing around and seemed ready to bite. The room itself was large and the bed was comfortable, but the furniture was badly worn and needs paint or replacing. The bathroom was very basic. This is a basic hotel near the town centre that could use renovations. At just under 450B a night, it barely passes. If you're driving, get there early. The parking lot was packed at 7pm, and there aren't many street spaces nearby.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed them. Our balcony looked over the pond at the back, and it was lovely. In the morning the fish seemed to come by, and a huge lizard swam in the pond. It felt like a little paradise right outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was hot, drinking water was free, the AC worked great, and the bed was super comfy. The internet did cut in and out a few times. We picked this place because it was halfway to our destination and liked the room photos on the listing and Google, but it was even better in person.

A quiet, low-budget place with a clean room, basic things, and a small terrace. The town centre is a 20-minute walk, and the beautiful park on Ko Lamphu is about 15 minutes away.

From the balcony facing the lake, you can hear lots of birds singing and feel close to nature. The place is beautiful, though there were mosquitoes in the room. There's a 7-11 just outside the hotel and a small Lotus supermarket about 20 metres away.
