The hotel itself is good, with a great price-to-value ratio and nothing to complain about there. But I can only give one star because of its cooperation with Phantip for transfers. I've taken transfers in several countries, and this was easily my worst experience. The organization was chaotic, the process unclear, and it felt like a rip-off. The driving was especially VERY dangerous. There are lots of negative reviews of Phantip on Google or Tripadvisor, and my experience seems to fit those rather than be unusual. As long as the hotel works with Phantip, I can't rate it higher.

We arrived late, almost 20:00, and checking in was no problem. The receptionist was really friendly, and the room was spacious and nice, with a big, clean bathroom. There's also a pool, a small gym and a nice breakfast in the morning. For the comfort and value, I had nothing to object to. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to tourists passing through Surat Thani!

The location is great, and it's a good choice for one night. The room and bathroom were spacious, but could have been cleaner. I found the fridge setup hard to accept: it switched off when we removed the key card from its slot. Breakfast was very basic.

Some rooms have good views and others don't. Mine was nice, and the small modern hotel was clean and quiet, with a pool and great value. The staff were SO helpful to us.

After the speedboat ride from the islands, this was a cozy spot to unwind before heading across to the other coast through the national park. It feels close to everyday life, with schools and kids nearby, and there are small, cheap places serving authentic Thai food. The room was simple and clean, with a little pool to cool off in. The bed was hard, though the pillows were soft. Watch out for mosquitoes 🦟. Breakfast was basic but good: banana, eggs made how you like, coffee, juice, bread, margarine and jam.
