The room was spacious and clean, with good storage, a big bathroom, a nice balcony, and a comfy bed. One evening we came back to find three cockroaches in the room near the bathroom. They went down the drains, so we left the bathroom light on, shut the door, and didn’t seem to see them again while we were there. Mornings were a bit loud from traffic. There’s no lift, so we had to carry everything up to the third floor. We were happy with our stay :)

I stayed for 4 months and found it comfortable, with a spacious room and good air-con. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, but I still enjoyed my stay, and staff did a good job cleaning the room. The location was okay for a short stay, about 10 minutes from the bus or train station. A 7/11 is a 5-10 minute walk away, and there’s a KCP nearby. I’d recommend it for short or long stays.

For one night on my Southern Isaan trip, I paid 599 baht, the cheapest hotel I found. The room had one queen size bed and a refrigerator. The bed was quite hard, but the Wi-Fi worked well, and check-in and check-out were hassle-free. I had a pleasant stay at PPS Home.

The Wi-Fi was good, and the place was fairly clean and quite nice overall, though there were ants here and there. The location is just okay, since it’s not very close to the center.

Everything was clean, and they changed everything every day. It was quite okay :) You might want to leave something in the room to deal with ants, since they like to greet you in bed ;)
