It’s not a high-end hotel, but I had no complaints for the price. The room was clean and in a quiet location, convenient for a traveler’s needs. The mattress was very comfortable, the linens were nice, and the air conditioning worked well without much noise. There were two stuffed chairs, and even a premium English movie channel on the TV. WiFi was top-notch throughout the property, and there’s also a pool and restaurant.

I stayed here for a few weeks while my father was in the hospital in Surin, a few years back. Mr Rat, as we called him, was a great host and became a good friend. I miss everyone who worked there. Hope I can come back soon. Thanks, Mr Rat!

The place is quiet and pleasant, with a large pool in beautiful surroundings. The owner is nice and can communicate in both Thai and English. You can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner as needed. It’s a bit secluded from the centre, about 2 kilometers from the area where most bars and restaurants are gathered. Tuk Tuks can be booked by phone around the clock at a reasonable price.

They sell swimming passes at 50% off until 9pm, and there’s also a free swimming program for people aged 60 and over. The pool gets full of local kids as the evening goes on. They play Thai discotheque music in the late afternoon, and by evening there can be around 20 kids swimming.
