Delio and Ning have made Home Paradise feel like a five-star resort, with all the comforts you'd hope for. The food ranges from Thai specialties to cappelletti with ragù, too. It's in a wonderful, little-known part of Thailand. From Tak, you can visit places of historical and environmental interest, including Sukothai and Umphang, where the Ti Lo Su waterfalls, the largest in Thailand, are located. A great choice if you want to see more than beaches and tourists.

It's really convenient to travel with pets here since cats are allowed in the room. The accommodation is lovely, the service is very nice, and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in.

We turned up late in the evening without a reservation, and although it was already dark, the friendly owner still gave us a room. For 560 baht, we got a cozy little place with a hot shower.
