Soho Boutique Hotel

We visited when the city was cool, around 20-plus degrees, and the Christmas decorations around the place looked lovely. Breakfast was very nice, with French fries for the kids, tempura, and a mix of Western and local dishes. There’s a big parking area behind the hotel, which sits just beside the main road. Our room had plenty of space for a family of three. The lobby is large, with lots of comfortable seats for hanging out. Tip: come during the festive season to see the decorations.

The breakfast was very good, especially the variety of dips and the fresh salad bar. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was a nice place to stay. I’ll come back next time I visit Tak.

The breakfast was excellent, and the free parking was handy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the linens clean, and the bathrooms very clean as well. Staff were kind and pleasant. The hotel is extremely clean and well cared for, though there are a few small cosmetic issues from its age. Nothing major. An excellent hotel, possibly the best in the area. I’d give it five stars in its category.

There was lots of parking, and our room was nice with a comfortable bed that was easy to fall asleep in. The food was fair, but nothing stood out. It took four tries in the toaster to get golden-brown toast. Our balcony was unfortunately next to the smoking balcony, and there was no phone in the room. We didn’t have time to look around, but we’ll return to Tak to explore.
