The villa was quite nice and well located, though the furniture didn't make it very functional. Some TVs didn't work, and their remotes were either broken or out of batteries. Every time we flushed, unpleasant odors came from the toilets, which may point to a plumbing issue. We were surprised to find that electricity cost 2,340 THB for the week, since the listing didn't mention a separate charge. The manager was cold and not very accommodating, unlike most people we encountered during our stay in Thailand. Activities offered directly by the owner were extremely expensive, and on one activity we got less time than scheduled.

The beach is peaceful, though the water is extremely shallow. The area itself feels dead, so you need a taxi to get anywhere. The manager is rude and not helpful at all. Everything she offers is overpriced: a private boat for 45,000 baht? Give me a break. Laundry costs four times what it does elsewhere.

The owners were so warmhearted. They even took us to the market to find fireworks, which are hard for tourists to find, and I really appreciated that. The rooms were very clean and had a beautiful sea view. The pool is really large, with a great size for swimming for adults and kids alike. A genuinely pleasant stay. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Samui.

The villa was peaceful, beautiful, and close to the beach. Each day the staff swept and tidied it up, and the fridge was stocked with condiments, milk, and juices. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom, and all the bedroom and bathroom entrances were outside the living room. There were floats and beach toys in the pool closet. We booked through airbnb, and Roberto and his staff were absolutely amazing. My husband, our two small children, and I stayed for close to a week. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

If you're after somewhere quiet, this could be perfect. The villas are really nice and comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job. The beach is calm and pleasant, but a bit natural, so it's unfortunately not ideal for swimming. We'd recommend renting a scooter or car so you can get around freely and explore this nice isle.
