Erawan Phangnga Hotel, Natai Beach

The location is handy, with a supermarket right across the road for everyday shopping, and breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious and the exterior looks attractive. It’s a decent value if you set aside the four-star label, since the place feels somewhat dated for that rating.

The staff seem to care only when you arrive in a big group. The receptionist was unpleasant, the restaurant was open only at certain times, and the pool couldn’t be used. Prices were high too. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at, and it’s very old.

I’ll come back and recommend this business without hesitation. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and the whole experience felt smooth and carefully handled. From the first contact, communication was prompt, clear, and useful. Everyone treated me with real friendliness and respect, and the professionalism and attention to detail were apparent throughout. Consistently good service like this is rare.

The pool was clear and clean, and I had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking it, number 288. Breakfast came from a set menu that you could choose from each morning. I spent two weeks here and had a fantastic stay, with friendly, helpful staff. The coffee shop was closed and there was no evening restaurant, which were the only downsides. I’d stay again.
