The owner confirmed from personal experience that this place isn’t a scam and said they’re working to fix the listings that still show rooms on different websites. They’re not affiliated with OYO. I stayed for a week and would recommend it: the rooms were clean, the housekeeper was quick and friendly, the staff cared, and the security guards were enthusiastic. The owner was kind and gave useful recommendations. There may have been a misunderstanding, but I think the place deserves a chance. A room costs 650 baht per night and is spacious and clean, with strong wifi, a TV, fridge, AC, water heater, parking, and security. The evening market, 7/11, BigC, and KFC are nearby. For reservations, call the hotel. The owner recommends having someone who speaks Thai make the booking. The hotel no longer works with online booking agents, so they don’t receive those bookings or payments. If you’ve already paid online, contact the agent for a refund. Don’t pay online.

This was misleading, and I had the same problem as another reviewer. I booked through Agoda at the advertised price, but when I arrived the payment wouldn’t go through and I was told the actual rate was 300 baht more.

Be careful, this felt like a big scam. We booked through booking, then the person told us she didn’t accept reservations from that site and offered to charge me twice the price.
