We showed up at night with a confirmed booking and were told there were no rooms. After arguing, we got put in a dirty fan room with no sheets, just a mattress on the floor. There were insects and frogs inside, visible mold, and a broken bathroom with a hole in the roof. Nothing like the listing. We had to book another hotel, and they refused a refund. Avoid.

Bakhamung. This place is creepy, squeaky, sneaky, haunted, and reeks. The Google photos are all fake. You'd be better off sleeping on the bench outside the 7/11 shop. The old man at reception is funny, and the hotel is as old as he is. If you stay here, close your eyes forever.

The listed price was different from what I was charged, and I wouldn't have stayed if I hadn't just ridden for six hours and needed to lie down. The photos must be old, because the pool is green and I wouldn't want to swim in it. Ants were all over the sink, and the place wasn't very clean.

Horrible place, don't go. There was rat shit all over, on the bed and floor, and the owner didn't care. The bathroom looked terrible, and you really wouldn't want to use the toilet. After finding the rats, we asked for a little of our money back because the room was unsafe to use, but the owner wouldn't refund anything. Avoid.

The family room was meant for two adults and two children, but it had just one bed, so all four of us had to sleep in it. That was only okay for one night, and I can't recommend this resort. There's no reception, just an old, frail Thai man who hands over a key and speaks Thai only, not English. The pool was unusable, nearly empty and green. The place is in pretty bad, old condition. Water from the sink drain runs across the bathroom floor and into a hole. There were ant trails everywhere, and the fridge was anything but clean.
