The Vista Pool Villa

There was a really pleasant feel throughout the hotel, and the management deserves credit for taking care of things and making guests feel looked after. The setting along a beautiful mountain range is wonderful. The rooms are a bit older, but clean and well maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and make an effort to fulfill every request. We were there over the Christmas days. Have a look at this picture, it tells you everything.

The private pool was a real highlight, and the two-bedroom villa felt clean and comfortable. Its layout gave us room to spend time together while still having privacy. I'd happily return.

My rings went missing from the villa during my stay. Since then, I've repeatedly tried to resolve it, but management hasn't responded to my messages or emails, acknowledged the theft in writing, or offered a refund or compensation. I felt stressed, cheated, and unsafe, and consider their handling of this negligent and irresponsible. I believe staying here puts belongings at risk, with no support or protection from management when something goes wrong. Travelers should be aware of my experience. I strongly advise avoiding the hotel.

It was very quiet near the sugarcane field, a nice setting for relaxing. Parking was easy, and there was plenty of tasty food nearby. The rooms with pools were lovely, though they looked a little old.
