A quick reminder that Phuket has some fantastic private beachfront properties available for resale, and they don't get mentioned enough.

The pool looks out over Bang Tao beach, and the apartments are lovely. Such a nice place to stay.

The residents are genuinely charming and courteous, and the place itself is beautiful. Still, I wouldn’t suggest it for families with young children. Most people living there are owners or retirees who really value a quiet atmosphere. Noise expectations are strict, so normal kid things like running, shouting, or loud play often get disapproving looks. Parents may feel that pressure too. Pool access is also restricted, and outside visitors can’t use it. It’s better suited to people looking for peace and quiet than to young families.
