Baan Chang Sanctuary

Our host made us feel welcome even though we arrived early, and let us relax by the pool while the villa was getting ready. The grounds were beautiful and tended daily, with three private villas around a shared pool. The property was quiet and well kept. We had a fantastic four days in Thalang. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning strong, and the WiFi reliable. I especially liked the big jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom. Getting around was easy because our host arranged a motorbike delivery at a normal local price. Laundry was available and handled carefully, including the items that needed to be air-dried. When we left, her husband drove us to a few stops, waited while we went on an excursion, then took us to the pier for a very fair price. Great value and hospitality, and a really comfortable stay. We’d absolutely come back and recommend it.
