What a waste of time, and it was nowhere near relaxing. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes and asked to sit down, but after 40 minutes they said it would be another 15, so we left. One of the masseuses kept stopping her treatment to tell off her child, who was sitting on other waiting customers and shouting and crying while loud videos played on her mum’s phone. We were misled about the wait. Awful experience, avoid this place.

The hotel is right across the road from the beach, and the location is excellent. The room was cleaned daily. Thanks to the staff, and especially the wonderful Rachel, for the hospitality.

The massages are very good, and nearly all the therapists are great. But avoid the tea. I got very sick after drinking it, and I don’t know what kind of water they use.

I had a street-facing room, and everything was perfect. The massage was superb. Top marks, and I’ll definitely be back.
