The villa is a good choice if you’re staying a while with kids, especially number 2, which has a huge fridge. There are now screens fitted between the two-bed villas for pool privacy. It’s about 100 baht to get to the airport, and you’ll want a car or bike to reach markets for fresh fruit, vegetables, and food cooked on the spot. Nothing’s a problem if something needs fixing. Book for the time you need, and rebook with the owner if you like. It gets busy around November to February, maybe March.

Our family of four had a fantastic time in the two-bedroom suite with its own pool. The kids loved having a pool to themselves, and we could relax nearby while they swam and still feel safe.
