The apartment was comfortable, with a great couch, nice beds, and a very clean kitchen. There are two pools and a gym, and I loved staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you can borrow a bicycle. The hot water was unreliable when I showered at night: it ran hot for about a minute, then cold for three or four minutes. Water pressure was weak too. Apart from that, I'd recommend the apartment and we'd like to return.

The price was ridiculous for what we got, and the message before check-in about how great the hotel is felt like a sheer lie. We paid 50k baht for a week. The apartment was big, but old, and the AC was very noisy and smelled moldy when switched on. I wouldn't recommend this place. There were mosquitoes all over the apartment. The garden was no use for sitting in because ten mosquitoes would land on you as soon as you went out, while dust blew over from the construction site right behind it. Workers were constantly looking at us, and there was noise too. The lighting was all white, like a hospital. We brought a PlayStation but couldn't connect it to the TV, probably because its smart TV system is old. Cleaning came at 10 a.m., walked right into my room while I was asleep, and woke me up. They didn't leave enough towels. On days without cleaning, we put our garbage outside the door and asked for it to be taken away. They told us to take it out ourselves. This could have been a good hotel if it had a manager who understood comfort and good service.

We've been here for over a month and are happy staying here. It's a lovely escape from Bangkok, with a peaceful setting and just a five-minute walk to the beach. Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating. They even bring fresh coconut for free whenever you want some, always with a smile. We've recommended the place to friends, and they're staying here happily too. For the best rate, call or book directly. Highly recommended.

The beds were great, and they provide regular and beach towels. Free coconuts and drinking water were the nicest extras. The apartment was a spacious, well-furnished, clean two-bedroom, with almost a full kitchen, but I paid nearly 11,000 baht for three nights, which felt expensive. For a short stay, it was annoying to have no coffee, salt, pepper, tissues, or dishwasher tablets. You could buy these if staying a few weeks, but I was only there three days. At check-in, the receptionist's first words were, "you need to pay." I knew that, but they'd already charged 50%, and our agreement said I could pay 24 hours after checking in. I paid in full anyway, then got handed the rule book. There were quite a few rules. The property is beside a construction site, so there's a fair bit of daytime noise. With the doors closed, you don't notice it, but the whole area is under construction, so it may continue. The beach is walkable, with good restaurants there, and the nearest 7/11 is about 1.5km away. Bring your own supplies and follow the rules, and it's a good place to stay.
