PK Resort

I came looking for a room near Phrae Hospital for a doctor's appointment, and I'm very unimpressed with room 116. It had lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches, dirty bedding, and a refrigerator door that wouldn't close properly, with only one bottle of water inside. There was no remote for the air conditioner, which stayed set at 22 degrees Celsius the whole time. I asked to change rooms, but they wouldn't let me, even though I hadn't touched anything. The hot water heater didn't work, and the shower water was extremely hot and couldn't be adjusted.

I was so disappointed by the room. It looked very old, the sheets were dirty, and there were four cockroaches inside. The door didn't feel secure, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut.

It was okay to sleep there, but quite a few things needed attention. Some bedrooms looked worn, there was a lot of dust, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. I found a toothpick in the sink just after checking in. Cockroaches showed up on each of my first three days. I'd like the resort to inspect rooms beforehand.

The service was awful, and I recommend staying somewhere else. For 500 baht, you'd be better off elsewhere, where the service is probably better. The room wasn't clean, and there was a bag of leftover snacks and earthworms inside. Do they clean rooms before guests arrive? A customer came back to collect something they'd forgotten, and the owner yelled at them and spoke very badly. What had they done wrong by coming back for their things? I'm really confused. Terrible!!!
