Fine for one night, and having a washing machine was handy. They replied quickly to messages, and someone helped us with our bags in the morning. But bugs got all over the clothes we had hanging to dry and made it into the upstairs rooms. There was no water or hand towels. Honestly, I wouldn't stay longer than a night.

I rented a four-bedroom unit for a month, and several problems had a real impact on my stay. The Wi-Fi didn't work in two of the bedrooms, which made them much less useful for guests. Even basics like toilet paper had to be requested. The master bedroom's AC was so loud that we couldn't use it while in the room. It took the property managers four days to fix, leaving the room essentially unusable for sleeping during that time. I had to follow up in person several times a day to get it sorted. Management seemed unwilling to deal with issues promptly.

The apartment was spacious and came with a kitchen and utilities, a working washing machine, clean rooms, and a properly equipped bathroom. There was AC in every room, so it worked well for a family stay. We arrived after 10 p.m. and got a quick, free airport pickup. The Wi-Fi had a problem, but the property representative resolved it quickly.

Good value for the price, with a convenient location near shops and the market. The description was accurate, and the beach is around a 20-minute walk away.
