The staff are what make this hotel stand out. Everyone I met was warm, professional, and eager to help, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome. They went above and beyond throughout my stay. The property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with spotless, thoughtfully designed rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything ran smoothly, and it’s clear the team takes pride in their work. I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ll absolutely be back.

The rooms are big, with very comfortable beds and a good shower. Staff were welcoming and helped with whatever we needed, from advice to maintenance. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. At lunch and dinner, the vegetarian options were a bit limited, but there was still enough for us to enjoy the meals.

I had an open veranda, which was great for reading or sunbathing in private. The spacious room had a bedroom and living room, though the setup felt a little dated. It was still well maintained. Breakfast was basic. The hotel faces Phuket Golf club and feels clean, neat, and calm, with plenty of sports activities and a family-friendly feel. I signed up for morning Pilates with Mai and ended up being the only visitor, so it became a private class. The outdoor setting was lovely, with a beautiful view, soft mats, and shade next to the kids club. Most activities are free, but you need to book them at reception. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Lagoona city center. I think there’s a shuttle, but the walk is easy and pleasant.

My grandmother can’t walk long distances, and the staff were especially kind and helpful with her throughout our 12-night stay at Homm Suites Laguna. The room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, which made it comfortable for all of us. Everything went smoothly, the breakfast was decent, and we had a great stay. A pleasant, family-friendly place.

We stayed four nights in a two-bedroom room. The pools were cleaned daily, and the children loved the slide. There’s also a 24-hour gym. Our room was cleaned every day, with bottled water and towels replenished. The rooms are aged, but the service and price make up for that. Reception always greeted us with a big smile. The surroundings beside the golf course are relaxing, and the airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away. Bangtao beach is under a 10-minute walk, or you can take the free shuttle. Canal Village is five minutes away on foot, with a Tops Supermarket and a few restaurants. Boat Avenue is nearby by Bolt or Grab, and there’s a large 7-11 by the Laguna entrance. We’ll definitely stay here again.
