La Green Hotel & Residence Phuket

It feels quite home-like here now. Thank you all for such a warm first impression and a great stay. The reception team was welcoming, professional and attentive from the start. Nadia especially stood out. She took great care with the details and genuinely wanted to help me find the right room, making everything feel personal and stress-free. My thanks also to guest relation managers Maxim and Maria, who helped me with various things, including extensions. A remarkable team of people.

A few things could be better. The pool stays in the shade all day and isn't heated, so it's too cold for a long swim. I could only dip in and get out again. The beach bus is always fully booked, and it would make more sense for it to run back and forth continuously instead of every half hour. Lagan beach is also just a 10-minute walk, if you don't mind the dangerous traffic. About 95% of the guests are Russian, which sucks. Still, what a great hotel. Breakfast has an amazing selection that changes every day, and the coffee is good. The complex has two high-quality restaurants, JanDook and Sanook, plus a kids club, gym and sauna.

A lovely green hotel with all the essentials on site: a large pool, gym, kids' room and good food. The beach shuttle is handy, though the beach isn't far to walk either. There's also a shuttle to Boat Avenue. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

A calm, luxurious atmosphere and genuinely warm, professional, attentive staff made this a comfortable stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with great facilities and food, and the service was outstanding throughout. Bang Tao Beach is just a few minutes away. It's also a short drive to some of Phuket's most beautiful beaches, including Banana Beach and Naithon Beach. I'd absolutely recommend staying here in Phuket.
