I arrived in Phuket on my check-in date with a booking I had paid for and believed was confirmed, only to be told by phone that I had to cancel it myself. Staff said they had already asked me to cancel in November, but I had never agreed to that. I booked through Booking.com in April 2025 for 14 January 2026 and paid in full. The property emailed in November asking me to “accept cancellation,” yet Booking.com showed no way to accept or confirm one, and I wasn’t given clear instructions. I had not cancelled and assumed the reservation stayed valid unless I did so myself. Being left to sort this out after reaching my destination caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. The communication and booking handling were highly unreliable, so future guests should be cautious.

On 12-14 feb 2026, I tried to pay the water bill for the owner, but the staff at the juristic office refused to accept it and would only deal with the owner directly. They offered no help or other solution. The service there was very poor, and the rigid, dismissive response reflects badly on management. The staff seemed super lazy about doing the work.

My parents and children were delighted with the apartment, and we had no problems during the stay. I booked it for them and worried about how they’d manage alone with the kids, but they were met, driven over, and settled in. They even sent me photos, which I especially appreciated. Manager Yuri was very responsive. The apartment itself is new and cozy, and the deposit came back on time. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
