We had to leave the owners’ other villa because drainage problems caused flooding from the downstairs bathroom, and this place was a big step down. The location isn’t great, and ills is run down and poorly maintained by the managers. I reported problems. Promotion sent someone, but then recanted and delayed things until after the weekend. At least they brought towels promptly when we asked, since there weren’t any in the rooms.

With four little kids and a family group of ten, I felt very safe here. The villas are huge and the service was great. The main attractions are a bit far away, but Laguna is a gated community with plenty to do inside, including a small night market. Just outside the villas, we also found lots of restaurants, massage places, bars, and supermarkets.

The kitchen is nice and there's plenty of space in the apartments. The rest of the furniture felt pretty average, though.
