The pool accessible room was a lovely part of our stay at poolrada boutique hotel during our Phuket trip. The hotel is clean and sits in a quieter part of Thalang district, a little outside the tourist areas. If you've rented a scooter, the location works really well.

The area ended up being one of my favorite parts of Phuket, much more than the south. There's a local market nearby, and good massage places within walking distance, including Thala & Cozy Pro. Bang Tao is about 13 minutes away and Nai Thon about 17, and those were our favorite beaches. We stayed 10 days and felt great in the room, with its pool view and lovely mountain sunsets. You can hear some motorcycles from the main road, though after a day exploring it didn't bother us much. Better sound insulation would make the place perfect. I hadn't been asked to write this, but I was honestly impressed by the food at Poolrada’s restaurant. My husband and I tried pad thai and pineapple fried rice in different parts of Phuket, and these were standouts. The quality was good and the prices fair: pad thai with squid was 80 baht, and seafood pineapple fried rice was 150 baht, while many other places charged 180-300 baht. I wish we'd eaten there sooner. There's also a cute little Owl coffee shop. My Russian husband loves the caramel macchiato even more than Starbucks, and I always get the Thai milk tea. You can tell they put real care into it all. The bartender is incredibly meticulous, and it feels like they put their soul into every drink and dish.

The service was top-notch, with staff who were attentive and welcoming, and we loved staying here. It's family-friendly and has lovely pools. The hotel is a bit far from the beach and tourist activities, and breakfast could be better.

The team were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, which helped make it really pleasant. I also liked having two spacious pools, with room for lots of guests to relax or have fun in the sun after a day exploring the city. My room was fresh, clean, and well maintained, with the things I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's position between the airport and the city made getting around very convenient. It was a fantastic experience.
