The rooms were clean and neat, and the rates were very reasonable. This is a useful budget stop if you’ve just arrived in Phuket and need a night or a few hours before going elsewhere, or if your flight is coming up soon. I wouldn’t choose it for a luxurious stay or expect high-end service with several staff around. There may only be one person at reception. For a brief stopover, though, it’s a good option.

We spent the final part of our trip here, and the location worked well, within walking distance of the airport. The rooms were clean and tidy. The receptionist didn’t understand English, but was cooperative. They also offer scooter rentals.

I booked this for the night before my flight because it was near the airport, and that was a mistake. The room was dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The kettle was dirty enough that I didn’t feel safe using it. I had to carry my own bags up to the third floor, with no luggage help at all. Nobody seemed concerned or offered any customer service. The location may be close to the airport, but I don’t think it’s worth it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Avoid it if you can.

The room was clean, and there’s an elevator, which made handling luggage easy. The airport is only about a four-minute walk away.
