Layan Sea View Villlas

The sunset views are breathtaking, and the pool is clean and spacious enough to swim in. The surroundings are very quiet, and the location is only 10am away from Bang Tao. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which worked perfectly for our family of four. They also offer different options, including villas and apartments. Check-in and checkout were both smooth, and everything was perfect. There are plenty of restaurant choices, so that wasn’t a concern. I’d strongly recommend having your own car, though, as getting around can be difficult. The road to the villa is wide and clear, with hustles. Ms. Nina was helpful during our stay. One of the best villas to stay in Phuket.

The host was super helpful, but unfortunately I didn’t enjoy either the apartment or its location. It sits on a very steep hill, which makes things difficult for taxi drivers, and it’s far from a lot of places. During our six-night stay, we were told on the second day that the power and water would be off for the whole day because of construction at the property. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, and I regret booking this apartment.

We spent lots of time enjoying the breathtaking view from the balcony, and the apartment really does look as beautiful as the photos. Parking underneath was easy and convenient, and the grocery store is just a quick drive away. Housekeeping did a great job. We asked for daily cleaning at an extra cost, which was no problem, and someone was always reachable on WhatsApp if we had questions or issues. We had a wonderful experience at Nina's and highly recommend it.

The villa made our three-week vacation fantastic. It has plenty of room across three floors, with four large bedrooms, a huge living room joined to the kitchen, and a good-sized pool overlooking a stunning view. There’s even a private elevator between the first and third floors, handy with heavy bags or if you don’t feel like taking the stairs. We spent the weeks watching mesmerizing sunsets over the hills and sea, listening to jungle sounds and wildlife, and enjoying the cozy interior. Nina, our hostess, was a huge help with all the COVID paperwork when we arrived and shared lots of useful tips. She was ready to help around the clock. Thanks for the villa and the service!
