We stayed at this brand-new villa in Bang Tao, Phuket, and found it spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. It worked especially well for our family with small children: they provided a baby crib and helped arrange a professional nanny. The staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed. We’d happily recommend it for a comfortable family getaway and hope to come back soon.

The bedrooms were spacious, and those beds were scrumptious, which matters a lot to me. Even the pillows felt expensive. Outside, there were plenty of loungers and a great spot to chill when the Thai sunshine got too hot. We knew the villa was supposed to be high-end and luxurious, but it still went way beyond what we expected. The kitchens had everything you could possibly need, the bathrooms were amazing, and the lounge was huge, with an enormous TV and every program you could imagine. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff were a real highlight at Layana Residence. They were attentive and helpful throughout our three weeks with family, and went the extra mile whenever we asked. The security systems also worked seamlessly for access and locking up, and the glazing kept things super quiet at night. The villa’s architecture is stunning, with light, airy rooms and lighting controls that let you set the mood at any time of day. Construction quality is impeccable, with good room amenities, premium sanitary ware, and saltwater pools with UV filtration. The gated community has a distinctive design that adds to its exclusive feel. A genuinely premium Phuket retreat, highly recommended for families.

The living space opens straight onto the pool, which makes it a lovely place to relax and spend time with the people you’re with. The bedrooms are large, each with its own bathroom. Fabulous accommodations at Layana Residence.
